The Jewish Heritage Museum of Monmouth County, 310 Mount’s Corner Drive, Freehold Township, will host a shofar making demonstration at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 3. The Freehold Borough Arts Council will partner with Macy’s for the 10th annual “Shop For A Cause” charity shopping event on Aug. 29. The event helps local charities raise funds. Manalapan Township Seniors will sponsor a bus trip to the Great Jack-o’- lantern Blaze at Van Cortlandt Manor, Croton on-Hudson, N.Y., on Oct. 3. A chartered bus will leave the Manalapan municipal court parking lot at 2:30 p.m. and return at approximately 10 p.m. The cost of the trip is $23.
