ERA-A Trott Realty, Marlboro, has announced that sales associate Roy Giordano has been awarded Top Seller for the months of June, July and August, and sales associate Ellen Grasica has been awarded Top Lister for the months of July and August.

Ira Lenner of Arrow Environmental Services Inc., Marlboro, has been named to the board of the New Jersey Pest Management Association for 2003-04. Lenner is the founder of Arrow Exterminating Co. and has been in the pest control industry for more than 30 years.

Commerce Bank opened its newest branch in Monmouth County — 46 Route 520, Marlboro — on Sept. 13. The new location marks the 15th branch to open in Monmouth County. Commerce opened its first office in Marlton in 1973. The bank has grown from 100 branches in 1990 to its present 250 branches throughout New Jersey, New York, eastern Pennsylvania and northern Delaware.

The branch will offer seven-day banking, free personal checking, a free Commerce check card (a combination ATM/Visa card), online banking, and 24-hour bank-by-telephone service.

Donna Cardillo, R.N., M.A., of Cardillo & Associates, Sea Girt, will present a one-day seminar, "Career Alternatives for Nurses," Sept. 18 in Arlington, Texas.

The seminar will introduce nurses to more than 60 career opportunities and will include practical information, references and resources for each of the specialties discussed.

A member of the Western Monmouth Chamber of Commerce, Freehold, Cardillo is a past winner of the chamber’s Athena Award. The Wall resident is also a columnist for Nursing Spectrum, an R.N.-led communications company, and is a leading expert on nontraditional career opportunities for nurses.

Francis X. "Fran" Murphy of Freehold has joined the Matawan/Aberdeen office of Coldwell Banker as a sales associate.
